Hazel Johnson

During her 26 years in the Army Nurse Corps, Hazel Johnson-Brown, PhD, RN, FAAN, held positions around the nation and the world, including posts as a Staff Nurse in Japan and Chief Nurse in Korea. She also served as Assistant Dean of the University of Maryland School of Nursing from 1976 to 1978 and as Director of the Walter Reed Army Institute of Nursing
